To complete your return, please email us at email@example.com with your order number for instructions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging, and you are responsible for the cost of returning the package to our warehouse in Hong Kong. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Items purchased at 30% discount or above cannot be returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange defective or damaged items. In this case please send us an email detailing the defect or damage at firstname.lastname@example.org.
