We want you to be fully happy with your ZiGi + MARAiS purchase and offer full refunds on all full price merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.
Should you wish to return an item please contact us at email@example.com confirming your request for a return, name, order number, proof of purchase and reason for return.
Please ensure all returned items are unused and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging. All fees associated with returning the package are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you note the tracking number of the returned item as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

We only exchange defective or damaged items. In this case please send us an email detailing the defect or damage (with photo evidence where possible) at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items or items purchased on special promotion cannot be returned, exchanged and are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Any associated shipping costs are non-refundable.
If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase and delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that orders are processed in real time to ensure a timely arrival. We will do our best to accommodate any cancellations to your order however, requests must be made before your order has been processed and dispatched. Please reach out to email@example.com so that we can attempt to cancel prior to shipment. If your order has already been processed we unfortunately cannot cancel and we suggest you refer to our returns policy.
