COVID-19 UPDATE:  In light of the current global environment, we are extending our returns policy to 45 days until further notice.  We are sorry for any inconvenience caused for delayed shipment and appreciate your support and patience during this difficult time.

We want you to be fully happy with your ZiGi & MARAiS purchase and offer full refunds on all full price merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.

Should you wish to return an item please contact us at returns@zigimarais.com confirming your request for a return, name, order number and reason for return.

Please ensure all returned items are unused and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging.  All fees associated with returning the package are the responsibility of the customer and we will not be held responsible for lost parcels.

EXCHANGES

We only exchange defective or damaged items.  In this case please send us an email detailing the defect or damage at returns@zigimarais.com

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased at 30% discount or above cannot be returned.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
